How VOICCE® Works

This 8-week intensive combines in-person retreats, weekly leadership labs, and personalized coaching to deliver lasting growth. Leaders engage with the VOICCE® framework in real time, applying it to the challenges they face every day.

Along the way, they also complete two evidence-based assessments - Whole Brain® Thinking and the Conflict Dynamics Profile® to deepen self-awareness, strengthen decision-making, and accelerate growth. Together with practical tools, community accountability, and integrated reflection, these experiences equip your people leaders to create forward momentum that sustains long after the program ends.

As a certified leadership coach and mindfulness practitioner, I bring a proven blend of corporate strategy, leadership science, and evidence-based resilience practices to every VOICCE® experience.

I’m also certified in Whole Brain® Thinking and the Conflict Dynamics Profile®, two evidence-based tools that accelerate self-awareness and strengthen decision-making.
