Even as I write this, my words come from a place of true and lived experience. Not last week, and not last year - RIGHT NOW. Even with all of my mindset work, my resources, and my intentional practices, I still feel stress, and I still feel overwhelm. I never pretend to have it all figured out. I value authenticity over artifice. Today started kinda rough for me mentally. I feel a sense of dread, and certain thoughts have decided to run on an incessant loop, on autopilot. 

I was a single, working mom for basically the first 18 years of my own adult life. I didn't think there was an alternative to exhaustion, until I learned these three habits...

Imagine making a big decision… and then spending the next 30 days second-guessing whether it was the right one. Replaying it. Re-evaluating it. Quietly wondering if you missed something. I've been there. The painful, and obvious, truth about blind spots is that we can't see them. Therefore, we truly don't know they are there. It takes intentional effort and the courage to ask and receive trustworthy feedback to gain a more holistic view of our leadership.
